• Fun “getting to know you” games — seeing your colleagues in a NEW way.
• Quick, fun, accessible prompts that get everyone writing.
• It doesn’t have to be a masterpiece — a few words or a single line can be enough for someone to discover their unique voice. And you’d be amazed at the surprising gems that come out!
• Sharing what we’ve created out loud with the group, in a safe, supportive, no-pressure way.

10.30am onwards — Poet-in-Residence

Then I’ll spend the day among your group — listening, chatting, observing and absorbing.

I’ll gather the words, stories, moments and all the many little gems that emerge, getting to know your people and what makes this particular group unique.

End of Day — The Poem

I bring everyone back together and perform an original poem created especially for your organisation — my special gift to you.

A poetic reflection of the people and experiences of the day — a rare opportunity for everyone to see themselves mirrored back in a powerful and unexpected way.
